The hotel has many faults. No room service, no luggage support and no restaurant. The phone in the room was not working and their maintenance comes at specific times so you have to allow them then or it will not be repaired. They also told me that as per law they don't have to give me a phone in the room and every time I need something, I must come outside to the front desk. Moreover, the front desk staff are mostly not present at night and they hardly pick the phone. The room description on online platforms are contradicting the reality and they consider this not their fault and they don't have to privide what is described online such as accessibility features. Some of their staff and management are also very unprofessional and hang up the phone on the guest and can harass them and can be very accusative of the guest and threatening to kick the out as well even before listening to the guest and knowing what the issue was. On the last day, one of their staff aggressively tried to open my room door before check out time to enter and the management did nothing about it. Overall, a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
