David est un hôte remarquable, l'appartement est très confortable, et bien équipé, le seul problème reste le stationnement qui est très difficile et très réglementé.

The vrbo listing for this property doesn't explain that there are actually two rental units involved, and that the $107 price is for just one of them. They are separated by a stairway landing/hall and the one we stayed in was small but well appointed with the balcony that overlooks the street that is shown on one of the listing's pictures. But that was the only picture in the listing that showed any part of this apartment, all the other pics, I assume, being of the room across the hall (which doesn't have a balcony overlooking the street).
The queen bed was comfortable but since my son and law and myself weren't a "couple" sleeping together, I had to use the sofa-sleeper which was extremely uncomfortable. Two bad nights of sleep for me.
The setting is wonderful, the apartment has nice amenities and is very clean, and parking was not a problem at all (Easter weekend), but the owner needs to change his listing to reflect the reality of what he's offering.
