The exterior door that you are supposed to use your room key to open was unlocked and according to another guest said it’s been unlocked all week.

Not much.
I was in room 222. A/C went to blowing cool sticky air. Clerk fix it. We went to bed and it started blowing cool sticky air. Meaning only the fan was blowing air, not AC. I tried to contact someone in authority to authorize a refund but no one responded.
