Location, cleanliness of the rooms & property and great staff.
We woke up to a leak in the ceiling g of the bathroom. At one point it poured out of a crack in the ceiling that appeared to have been an area previously repaired. The front desk was great & visited both my room & the one above us but couldn't verify why there was a leak. They offered us another room to shower in but then told us a room wasn't available. Also, because I booked through Booking.Com, a third party, they couldn't give me any type of refund. I'm not a Hilton member. I'm also very dissatisfied work their resolution. This makes me very uncomfortable with booking again through a third party as they're seems to be no consumer protection. Our second day of travel was ruined.

Front desk staff was not very nice.... the front desk manager helped up and was pretty unpleasant. Both encounters with her.
The front desk manager and how there was food and a knife between our bed and the nightstand.
