We have stayed at this location for 3 years in a row because of the convenience to the interstate and the people / events that we are visiting. Breakfast and bed were great. Most of the staff were friendly.
The property is not being kept up every well. Side door does not have an exterior door hand handle, carpet had several pulls and rusty vent in the bathroom. Check-in clerk wasn't very friendly - she was more concerned about hanging out with her friends that were in the lobby.

Microwave and fridge in the room was clean, bedding and shower was clean.
Front desk lady was annoyed with work and didn't provide the information and made me call a 800 # to get the answer to my question. The tenant across the hall from me literally slammed the door at least twice a hour for her "clients" constantly for a full 24hrs!
