It's was okay to just crash out. No entertainment

I like that it smelled clean

Seen a cockroach and stepped on one w In the middle of the night. Also the TV had no cable and no access to HDMI they put locks on the TV controls which we couldn't use my portable blue ray player.

Was happy to not have to sleep in the car.

We had to book this hotel last minute because of an issue with the VRBO we had booked. This was the cheapest room available and you definitely get what you are paying for.

There was hair in the shower and it didn't drain properly. The fridge didn't work and smelled quite bad. Staff was friendly enough.

DISGUSTING!!!

Dirty, disgusting, old, the beds haven’t been washed in years, hair everywhere. We had no choice because we arrived late and had to spend the night. Avoid at all costs. DISGUSTING!!!

Should have paid $30 more for a Motel 6, which has higher standards of cleaning, I think.

Location good. Staff friendly and tried to be very clear. The location was nice—close to fun Asian markets and bakeries. Felt pretty safe. Appreciate the included parking. Not super loud.

It just was not clean. Surfaces were obviously splattered and had drips on them. Lamps shades and ceiling had dust bunnies. It wasn't so gross I could not sleep there at night and enjoy not having to spend a lot. . . but it was clear I was getting what I paid for—quite cursory cleaning.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, very close to where we needed to go And staff was very friendly.

Shower head was too low for my husband, it went to his chest, and TV was very staticky. And door was not completely sealed to where you can hear too much notice from outside.

I’m learning that if you’re black always deny the first or even the second room they’re charging other people less for better rooms. The room they gave me had a used towel in the shower missing fire alarm and open light switches they also denied my attempt to change my dates and charged me an extra after saying they would change it and it’d ok. I want a refund.

outdated, dirty, smells bad and the staff was rude he was not helpful and friendly. I was asking him he was mad and felt irritated when I asked. He should not work in there that’s a bad reputation for the hotel. He should be fired by the manager. That’s not the way to treat your guests or customer he needs customer service training.
