The price and parking available

The smoke detector was covered up when we walked into the room and it smelled like weed. The blanket had tears in them and there were stains on the bed sheets and pillow. It was definitely not washed.

That is was local to were we at the time of needing a place to sleep the night.

Everything the service was bad the front counter lady was rude and did not advise me earlier when I called before arriving that there was a $40 dollar security deposit. Once we got our room the pillows were dirty with makeup, towels were also dirty they had black stains, it was hard to sleep as i was super itchy all night. It was bad experience. Once checking out i asked the front counter lady for my refund recipt for my security deposit which she said was refunded at checkout and she was like i gotta check the room and i had said okay we'll i can wait because i want my recipt. She didn't like that i was willing to wait and took a good 20 mins checking the room and once she was done and came back to the office threw my recipt at me with attitude. If yall desperate in need of a room and cant find anything else this would be your only time of even thinking of checking in at this motel.

Room did not look like it was properly cleaned , the mini refrigerator was filthy and walls were dirty.

Rooms are full of cockroaches and they're really dirty as if they didnt even clean them after somebody leaves. i asked for a refund right away after I took a look at the room and the staff was very rude and didnt want to give me my money back after I even showed them pictures. I had to call Booking and they took care of it for me but now i have to wait 15 business days to get my money back for four nights.

I was desperate and needed a place to sleep and shower. So I went off price and I figured I knew what I'd get for the price... but not this bad.

Very dirty! Missing a drawer in the dresser, Microwave is broken and old, fridge was dirty, mold in the shower grout and caulking, pillowcases were dirty and someone's hair on them (not my air I have a shaved head). Old and dirty furniture, Floor was disgusting through out the room, mirror has graffiti carved into it, A/C did not work properly and is missing the directional fins (all the front missing), bugs (flies) in the room, and worst of all it smelled like a damn ashtray! I would rather sleep in my car next time.

The couple that manages the property are very kind and the are quick to respond when you have a request or an issue to resolve. They are available 24 hrs a day.
