The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room (a suite) was huge. Laundry facilities were free. Room had a kitchenette. Restaurant nearby. Breakfast had decent selection of options, including gluten free.

There wasn’t a convenient place to park if you’re towing a trailer.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and it's convenient to be able to text the front desk about any issues. The continental breakfast spread is decent and includes oat milk and almond milk. Rooms are spacious. The location is perfect for visits to Fayetteville. The front desk area is cozy. There's a restaurant on site.

I had to change rooms twice. We intentionally reserved a suite so we wouldn't wake each other up, but the first "suite" had no door between the sleeping area and the livingroom area. The second suite did have a door but after I unpacked I noticed used tissues in the trash bin, long hairs in the shower, and a round wet spot on the sheets. (Not to mention a glass pipe out in the hallway, but at least that wasn't in the room.) I showed the front desk person, who pronounced it "ungodly" and promptly got me a key to another room, but I had to pack up and move yet again, which cut into time I was hoping to spend visiting a terminally ill relative. For this level of inconvenience, IMO we should have been offered a discount but were just given some complimentary snack bar items. The room and hallway rugs and furnishings look like they date from at least 20-25 years ago, when this place first expanded from a single building to a larger complex. The restaurant hours are quite limited and it's often extremely crowded (with very loud drunk people spilling out if you're there when a wedding party or work conference group are in town). Very few vegetarian options. The area is not very walkable - giant parking lots all around and only one crosswalk to get to the nice walking trails along Limestone Creek and the Erie Canal. They're a stone's throw away but to walk there takes many long, slow, and treacherous crossings. The prices are high for the room quality and amenities.
