For less than anywhere else in the Dells, we got a quiet, clean room a block from all the action. A/c, hot water, wifi all worked well. I stayed with my kid and we felt safe and slept well in a relatively comfy bed. Sarah and her daughter are very welcoming. It's an older property and you can't expect 3 or 4 star aesthetics but for a clean cheap room this is a great option.
No toiletries but not a big deal as we brought our own.

It was close to the water
Park. Sarah the one incharge was very nice.
Our room smelled a lot like cigarettes. Bathroom smelled like the sewer. Carpet was really dirty. Our covers had hair between the sheets. Curtains where see thru so people walking on deck could see in our room. Hair dryer was broken. There was clothes of previous people staying there under the bed. No towels were provided.
