The manager was absolutely the best. So nice and accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean, so comfy and inviting.

Located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to restaurants and shopping. I liked having a full kitchen, which allows having a decent meal instead of eating a lot of takeout food. The layout of the room allowed being in the living area without causing a problem if someone was asleep in the bedroom.
The lack of a curtain in the bedroom had me awake, much sooner than I planned. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

It was comfortable
Still trying to solve a reservation issue, called the manager numerous times and my issue with being reimbursed for one day is still being ignored. This is frustrating to me and booking.com needs to assist
