Easy to find, good value and even though older motel was clean and had fridge & microwave
At first at check in the staff member said I hadn’t paid in full through booking.com and tried to charge me again. I showed her both my booking.com receipt and my credit card receipt showing I paid over a month ago. She couldn’t log onto the site & asked me to stop back after dinner so she could confirm payment with her son. She still gave me a room key and wasn’t difficult just wanted to confirm payment was made. Understandable

Way closer to work, 15 min drive instead of 45 min drive from Council Bluffs. Extremely quiet!
I really like the cameras all over. I feel my vehicle is safe. Have not seen any addicts hanging around pestering me when I go outside. Which was also part of the reason for leaving the "Quality Inn" in Council Bluffs.
Staff are friendly and very helpful.
The water tastes like the piping goes to a well rather then city water. Maybe install filters or replace existing filters.
it is definitely not the worst water I have drank though.
