It was fine.

It was clean and convenient with an excellent pool! Stayed there for 2 nights and we had absolutely no problems with the room itself. The beds were comfortable and the AC was fabulous in this FL heat! They had free WiFi and a continental breakfast (2 waffle makers, a few pastries, cereal, and white bread for toast. Coffee and OJ/Apple juice were also available) so if you’re wanting more there’s a place about 10 minutes away called Skillets that’s definitely worth the drive for breakfast.

There wasn’t a physical person checking you in or out it was all done by a tablet in the lobby.

Very affordable and clean! Comfortable beds; big room; no moldy smell (or any other smell). Very quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again.

They refused to accept the Florida tax exempt certificate.

The room was decent, I liked that I could bring my dogs and that the hotel didn't charge me a fortune for it. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Our toilet wouldn't flush and when I told the staff about it, they sent a maintenance man who accused us of using too much toilet paper and plunged the toilet. The toilet still wouldn't flush, we ended up using the restroom in the lobby. If you rent a room at America's Best Value in Fort Myers, request your room on East side of the building because the Latin music coming from the restaurant/bar will keep you up at night. Staff was hard to find, since there is no real person in the lobby. The check-in and check-out process is done remotely. The only time there is staff in the lobby is during breakfast, and they don't communicate much with the customers.
