Location and Size. Customer Service.
Ripped carpeting at bedroom door entry was strip hazard, scorpions and spiders throughout casita (had to call for an exterminator at the front desk).

The only thing upgraded was the internet
Poor hot tub more like warm bath poor dish tv ice machine not working need grab bars in shower need to upgrade units have been coming for 10 years and interior have not changed more interior tiles are cracking no dresser in one of the bedrooms need chairs in bedroom paid 3700 dollars for a patio looking at the parking lot need to accommodate people with mobility problems with units closer to front of resort probably will look elsewhere for vacation accommadations
