The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always great you with a smile!
I go there for work several times throughout the year and they are consistently warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel is always clean and updated. It really does have that small town feel.

It's a lovely hotel with nice grounds. The staff are nice, but didn't follow through with complint. Amazing breakfast! Great choices and yummy food.
We paid extra for a "garden view" room. Our view was of a few plants in the driveway along with the roof of the front portico! What a joke! When I asked about it, the front desk said, "Can you see green from there?" Seriously?!! Our neighbors had their TV on loudly at midnight. We called to ask the front desk to contact them. We're not sure if they did, because it continued until 1am.
