It's clean, comfortable, and family friendly. We enjoy the hot springs and this is our spot for a mini vacation, not too far from home.
Just more dining options but I understand that there is a limited menu due to main building remodel.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Pools were awesome! Look the extra hot hot tub! Staff very friendly and accommodating especially letting us eat in one of the domes free of charge cause there was no heat. But still cozy with blankets and ambient light.
Still under construction. And restaurant seems under developed with very limited seating and menu. The shiplap wall in our room was filthy.

New facilities looked nice, pool area had unique features (although the water was too cold for my kids liking)
Lots of construction, and no mention of that when booking or with follow up emails. There wasn’t a path to our room so we had to walk through muddy grass. The pools were lukewarm which was the biggest bummer, we wanted to swim so bad but even the kids thought they were too cold. Hot tubs were 100 degrees so warm but not hot. There were limited options for dining, I knew one was seasonal but didn’t know other restaurant was closed. Overall, spent lots of money for half the amenities. Some transparency would have been nice.
