The staff, location, breakfast, bed.
The area is quite noisy, but once in our room, it was OK. There is a train nearby and it’s loud but they offered earplugs. Honestly, it didn’t bother us overnight. Our room smelled smoky when we first entered, and it took a while to acclimate to the smell of smoke. It was a non-smoking room.

Check in clerk could have been a little more friendly. She checked us in, turned around & left while we were still standing there.

The bed was comfortable and staff nice. A little old but had done some remodeling. No elevator and hand rails to the stairs are on the west side so metal was really hot They had done what they could to help that by building an owning over it but still hot. Ice machine was down the stairs and across the parking lot. It had a small parking lot spaces barely big enough for my truck.
