Very dirty room, shower had bugs, floor not swept or mopped, shower curtain pulling from wall and elevators smelled bad. As far as breakfast goes, they should not even advertise that it has one. Total waste of money

The location of the hotel is great. The staff is very friendly. There is a lot of restaurant choices around.

Well situated for overnight cruisers. Rooms are OK Front desk operations need more training for consistent practices with shift changes. Was not aware of security deposit when paying at the reception
Was not needed when booking wit an agent. Overall it is a good price for an overnight stay
Try and arrive during the business day as 24 hour maintenance person may not be available.

If money is an issue, this hotel will serve its purpose. 3 star at best. Lots of little things could be fixed but it did the trick for one night pre cruise. FLL hotels are unbelievably over priced. The best part of this hotel was location. Close to lots of restaurants and close to the cruise terminals. We wouldn't book it again though.
