Upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk associates were extremely courteous. Friendly and helpful 😊. I'm sorry I didn't get their names.
Our room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable 👍. The pillows were normal size not like the small hard pillows at other hotels 👎. The water pressure was good. Everything in our room worked well👍.
I like the shampoo they offer. It has a nice scent and leaves my hair soft. They should offer conditioner.
The tub should be changed as it is scratched up and has a crack on the wall 🫤. The burners need to be changed as well, they are rusty.
