    A classic older property with great bones in a central ized location and offering beautiful views of the Hudson. Now for the rest; Don't be fooled by the photos because our room was atrocious - marked walls , visbly worn degraded finishes on all the furniture, horrible mattress. We booked a Queen Room and was told that we did not. I pulled up the booking and then was told there were none available. The attendant at the desk then made a good faith effort and found us a Queen room with a River view like we booked. The bathroom while not elegant, looked recently updated and clean and the flooring in our room also seemed new. The staff was friendly and they offer a free breakfast with hard boiled eggs as the protein. We chose to go out for breakfast. This place needs fresh paint, furniture and decent mattresses to recommend at *** per night.

    Good value for the money, we had a really nice view of the river from our room. The rooms don’t quite look like the pictures but are still clean and nice. I’m sure the pool in the summer is excellent.
