The Reception staff were excellent. The Creekside Cabin was comfortable. The view from the cabin was spectacular. Temperature control in the cabin was as expected. The fireplace (gas) was nice in the evening. The staff responded promptly to correct problems found upon arrival.
The location of the "Creekside Cabin" was at least a quarter mile from Oak Creek. The property is on terrain difficult for elderly to navigate (hilly with multiple outdoor stairs). The coffee and tea service upon arrival was not functioning and not stocked appropriately. There were no cups or wine glasses found in the cabin upon arrival. Feces was found on the bathroom floor. Wild pigs were outside the front door of the cabin at sunset.

Breakfast was great. The room itself was not great, but the view was amazing. The location was practical
They did not clean the room when we requested housekeeping

The location is ideal for seeing Sedona and traveling around to all the sights. You are in the heart of town for shops and dining
Sedona is hilly so there are lots of steps. The indoor pool and game room is down in the club house.

The property was at the end of the main shopping strip, so we left the car parked & walked everywhere! It was very clean and has amazing red rock patio views! The free breakfast included great options!
Nothing I didn’t like!

Absolutely beautiful views!
Asked for a late check out twice. Was told it was scheduled and came back to our room that day and the cleaning staff was in our room. No one told them about the late check out.

Staff here were friendly and welcoming, and very glad to explain hotel policies and amenities. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The weather was cold, but our room was properly heated. Breakfast was better than average. Free coffee and filtered water were available in the lobby all day.
The $20 daily parking fee seems a bit high. The hotel might benefit from a remodel in the next few years, but the existing buildings seem to be well maintained.

It was beautiful and clean

The location is easy walk to shopping and food. The view rooms are spectacular. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast was great. They have an outdoor pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room so bring swim suit.
Paying $20 per night to park and the toilets are short, not the newer comfort hight.

Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. View was outstanding. Had a maintenance issue that was addressed quickly and professionally. Free breakfast had many choices from waffles to a yogurt machine. Close walk to shops. Highly recommend for a stay in Sedona!

The free breakfast was delicious! The Front Desk staff is always awesome and takes care of our every need!! There was an issue with our shower that they could not fix right away, but fix it first thing in the morning and the girl at the front desk took off $100 for the inconvenience! She did this without us even asking, and it was very much appreciated that they did that but also fix the problem as quickly as possible! As stated before the front desk, staff always makes our stay very easy and enjoyable!

The room was fairly clean. The breakfast was great. Thank you for the view. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. Loved being able to walk to the creek. Beautiful!
The first room we had didn’t have any running water from sink.

The staff were friendly, easy check-in. Quiet even though on the main drag. Close to everything, and good restaurants were walkable. Nice views. And the free breakfast (in the building next to the hotel) was outstanding. It was buffet style but it was not the usual soggy eggs/steam table type of place. The food was well cooked, and my wife complimented him. He took the time to explain what he did, showed her the kitchen, explained the techniques he used. He is passionate about providing a great dining experience, treating it like the craft it is. I have had terrible food at buffets. This was inspiring.
No complaints at all.

The view, of course, and the convenient location and easy parking. Very comfortable room and excellent free breakfast. The reception employees were great, especially Nick.
I can't think of anything.

Check in was fiendly and efficient. We had a room on the fifth floor with great views over the red rocks from the balcony.
The room was well equipped although the bathroom was quite small but adequate for our needs. Having a wash basin seperate to the main bathroom was useful. Sleep quality was goo with a comfortable bed.
All staff we had contact with were very helpful and friendly, especially Rita who checked us in, and out.
The pool was underused while we were there which was OK for us to get it all to ourselves!
Located just a short walk to restaurants and shops.
The included breakfast is very good and all items kept constanty replenished even when it's busy. We've visited Sedona several times now but this was just the second time at Arroyo Roble, which is now our 'go to' hotel to stay in the town.
Thanks.

Breakfast is really good. Also the coffee machine is available 24hrs. And our room facing the breath taking view and the location of the hotel is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops.
Bathroom sink licked but was fixed the next day. Also worn out curtains (with tear) needed fixing or replacing.

It was located in a beautiful location in Sedona. The room itself was more like a motel than a hotel. But we paid extra for a view of Red Rock and wow, stunning. Loved it. Obviously we didn't spend all our time at the hotel but it was in a great location and the beds were comfy. Even the breakfast wasn't bad!
The room was outdated but honestly it wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

The best part was the fabulous view and the balcony. The breakfast was good!
I don't like paying for parking when the hotel price is already very high.
The hotel feels old...it needs an update, especially for the fabulous location.
Where was a hot tub to enjoy the view?
8.0 / 10.0
Close to the center of Sedona, we could walk to restaurants and shops. The outdoor pool was large, as was the hot tub. Our little cottage was convenient for a family. Breakfast was outstanding.
The bathroom tub was so deep it was difficult to get into to shower. It would have been nice to have paper plates and cups and plastic ware in the villa.
The furniture was clean, but show signs of wear.

The location and amenities were great. The free breakfast was solid.
The hotel is clean but dated. And no TV channels. You have to log into your own apps.

Close to shops and restaurants. Nice patio with view. Nice breakfast.
Lots of stairs but since it’s built on hill, unavoidable.

Right in the heart of the town. No need to drive.
Old and in need of renovating. We stayed here in the early 2000’s and does not appear to have been renovated since. Old school air conditioner, bathroom was old with mold on the picture, air vents and ceiling. Old carpets. Had to pay for parking and staff was not very friendly. Last stay here was great with Mountain View’s so that’s why we booked it. This time we were facing the busy street (noisy) and had a view of a parking lot for another building across the street. Won’t stay here again. I would thing Best Western could do better!

I loved the location, the amenities, view, breakfast, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Had a wonderful 4 nights stay as a solo female travel and would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas in Sedona! The creekside villas were peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by natural beauty. Waking up to the sound of the creek and the view of the red rocks was unforgettable. Breakfasts were wonderful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location made it easy to explore Sedona while still feeling tucked away. Highly recommend for a relaxing and scenic getaway!
While the price for a two-night stay felt a bit steep compared to other accommodations, we ultimately felt it reflected the premium location and atmosphere. The villas were large and offered a sense of privacy and calm that’s hard to find, and the natural setting along the creek added something truly special to the experience.

David, the front desk staff was extremely accommodating. He gave us detailed information about the property and even upgraded our room to a phenomenal view. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The outdoor views it provided were fantastic. The additional amenities including the pool and gym were a nice bonus. The cleaning staff were friendly and provided extra towels and garbage cleaning. The room atmosphere was quiet. No loud noises from other rooms and no loud noises in the hallways. Nice and peaceful.
The room felt dated. The paint definitely needs updating in the room. It's a WTF shade of yellow. Sherwin Williams, Killim Beige or Wordly Grey will do wonders for a room color that felt like it was trapped in the 70's. Carpets need uplifting as well OR at least a deep clean for cost efficiency. The dead ivy on the south wall of the building needs upkeep or complete removal. The evolution of these simple "upkeeps" can help to bring in more potential clients.

The location was perfect - very walkable, which is high on my list. I'm on a motorcycle and prefer to arrive and drop the bike and walk to dinner and the like, and this fit the bill.. The balcony was awesome, breakfast was OK. They charge for parking, but so does everyone else.

Location was excellent. Located near restaurants and shops making it easy to walk to.
We requested in person twice to have our rooms cleaned in the five days we were there and no one came. After the first request we returned the following morning to ask again and the front desk assured us housekeeping would come by while we were out. When we returned around 4 pm our room wasn’t cleaned and dirty towels were still on the ground. We saw a housekeeper cleaning a room nearby and asked if we were on her list to clean and she looked and said no. She was nice enough to take our dirty towels, empty our trash bins and give us new towels.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were great. Our room(1st fl. Patio) could use a little upgrade, especially for the price. View was wonderful.

The location and the views
This property is stuck in the 70’s. Our room was not clean. The price was way too high for this facility….anf they charge for parking.

Great location
The wife said the room was older and needed an update
7.0 / 10.0
Breakfast was ok but not great.
Staff was very friendly.
Sink and tub were slow to drain. Toilet handle had to be held down to flush. Screen door fell off track. Only two tissues left in dispenser. All of the clocks in the room had the wrong time.
We felt the room was overpriced, especially since our view was looking out onto the street. If it was the Mountain View, the price would have been more appropriate.
7.0 / 10.0
Fantastic location, beautiful views, good parking, courteous staff, pool and gaming.
Bathroom. This needs to be upgraded and made modern. Toilet should never be in with the shower.
