The manager was always visible walking around site and taking care of any issues
The bathroom sink plugged and bathroom fan very dusty and air conditioner filter light on , needed cleaning

Everything was ready for my very late (2AM) check-in, definitely appreciated the attention to detail. Clean room. Comfy bed, cold AC, and dark curtains made for a perfect sleeping experience. Lots of land for my service dog to explore.

Somewhat close to walking distances to beaches. I like how I could bring my dog with me. Mostly quiet and peaceful.
No dog poop cleanup stations, several piles of dog poop on the grounds from irresponsible people. One dog incident occurred with an almost dog fight, lots of yelling, was unsettling. Looked a little run down, my room was clean but worn, the tub constantly leaked.
