Everything was super clean. Beds, pillows and bedding were so comfortable i wanted to bring them home with me. The restaurant on the property, SouthPort, was amazing - definitely would say you need to make a reservation if you plan on going during prime dining hours, even on a Monday the place was totally full. The inn is close to downtown Portsmouth.

The Inn at Rye Place simply hits on all points. The staff were genuinely friendly and engaging, the room was impeccably clean and appointed with just the right furniture and features - everything that I needed was right at my fingertips. The ambience was wonderful - appealing everywhere. The location was prime for my jaunts into downtown Portsmouth. I fell in love with this inn and its people! Cannot wait to return!
The only thing that I can possibly think of is a printout as to how to control the thermostat - something I always struggle with, everywhere I go.
