Second floor 2 bedroom! The apartment is very spacious and open. Bring the family to enjoy the indoor electric fireplace, open kitchen, and outdoor patio. Apartment features a full kitchen with all amenities, Kurig, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed. 10 minutes from downtown Portsmouth and Hampton Beach, and close to the NH Mountains.

Cute little place. Did reach out to the property manager to let him know that the light in the Kitchen and Master Bedroom were flickering a lot. And the response that I received was thanks for letting me know. We couldn't even keep them on.

We stayed while in the area for a wedding. Furnishings were a bit different than what’s pictured but all was in good taste and comparable. Comfortable beds. The building was very quiet and private. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the host went out of his way to accommodate our schedules. The area is beautiful and a short distance from scenic beaches and Portsmouth. Would gladly stay again.

Did thoroughly enjoy our stay. Place was beautifully kept up. The tv internet kept cutting out so the service would dissapesr and the appear and kept cutting out Downfall is the people below us has dogs and let them freely poop in the backyard and did not pick it up. We took our dogs many times and picked up after them as it should be.
Bed kept sagging in the middle and kind of uncomfortable
I would reccomend this place to a family without dogs as can’t really walk on or near the busy road .
