Hot breakfast, dining area & cozy lounge, friendly staff. Snacks, atm, and medicine available for purchase. Very close to base.
Bathroom shower is poorly built. Elevators went out during stay. Indoor pool needs better ventilation, too hot and humid. Needs windows that open.

Kept hitting the shin of my leg because the wood frame sticks further out than the mattress.

Outstanding staff --- friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were attending BMT and the hotel provided excellent information, map and even set out breakfast for those attending the very early morning event. Very comfortable beds, large room, good hot water pressure. Convenient to highway, restaurants and shopping once you figure out the highway Access roads.
The pullout bed part of the sofa in our room was broken so uncomfortable to sit on. Management was aware of this but has to replace the entire sofa.

The receptionist were friendly and welcoming
The breakfast area gets overcrowded, food was cold. The shower floors looked gross and took forever forever for the water to drain. One of the rooms had an awful smell as well.
