Love the size of the beds (two queens) and the refrigerator really kept everything very cold. The room was directly across from the elevator and ice machine and we never heard any noises and the hallway smelled really nice all the time. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was unusually good…hot and constantly refilled by the amazing cook…she was wonderful. The location to the air force base spot on.

The outlets didn’t hold the plugs to charge our phones but we called the front desk and an electrician came after only 5 minutes to correct the problem…good job Best Western!

Hot breakfast, dining area & cozy lounge, friendly staff. Snacks, atm, and medicine available for purchase. Very close to base.

Bathroom shower is poorly built. Elevators went out during stay. Indoor pool needs better ventilation, too hot and humid. Needs windows that open.

Breakfast was very good, and the women working there were extremely helpful and friendly. It was nice to have a variety of coffee in the morning. The location was great for visiting Lackland AFB. Plenty of parking. It was relatively quiet at night (no screaming families). The A/C was plenty cold.

1. The elevator was out for the entire length of my stay. 2. Ice machine on my floor (2nd) was out of order. 3. My room key card required several attempts to open my door every time I tried to enter. 4. The single glass door to the shower resulted in water getting all over the bathroom floor. Please put in a sliding door to keep the water out. 5. While the room wasn't dirty, there was some unknown, gummy substance in the bathroom sink which needed a chemical to remove it. Also, there were water stains about, some peeling walls, and the room had an odor of mildew.
