Pool is great, hot tub is great, place is right across from the Charlotte Bay Live soak Beach park, very quiet, older neighborhood.
It’s a little dark in the units- maybe a little more lighting in the living room or lighter colors next time you guys paint. Other than that, it’s fine. Everything worked, and it was great

The pool and hot tub were great. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Location was nice and convenient.
I didn't realize it was a timeshare community, and an old one at that. The place smelled old and it was basic. There wasn't even shampoo a shower. It $200, that's bad.
