We have been to the Margate in the past. The beachfront staff was amazing. My room was not cleaned twice but we did at least get towels so no big deal
The only issue we have is the rooms do not have a microwave. I understand you want us to use your restaurant but for families sometimes kids want something different. Also there should be grills for people to cook if they like

I liked the tiki bar on the lake. Beautiful sunset.
I was given a room that was not on the resort. I was in a building across a busy road. And a few minutes walk from any of the amenities.
