About this apartment rental
Tastefully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium overlooking Paugus Bay from the balcony. You will enjoy a generous sized bedroom with a King size bed and single sofa-bed with a 32 inch flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining room and living room, which has a 50 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix. There is a slider to the balcony that overlooks Paugus Bay with beautiful sunsets. The condo sleeps 5 with a King bed, very comfortable pullout sofa (single) and a sectional couch that converts to sleeping. The facilities include a new outdoor pool (seasonal), a restaurant, and plaza with shops being renovated and spa hair and nail salon on lower level. Plenty of shopping in the area is within walking distance. There are many dining options in the area as well. Gunstock and Weirs beach are each about a 5-10 minute drive away. Weirs beach on Lake Winnipesaukee has plenty of public parking and a wonderful boardwalk and arcade for the whole family. Gunstock Mountain has great skiing and trails. Funspot, a gigantic arcade and bowling alley is about a 15 minute drive. There is so much to do there with neighboring Meredith's Mill Falls and many lakes to choose from. Towels and blankets are available. We are located a minute walk to the Margate. Bike week rentals must be the complete week.

Overall it was pretty good but there were a few problems finding the place there is no sign in front and neighbors above us were a little loud at 2 in the morning nothing to bad just dropping things making a loud bang but i was awake so ...

The building needs some updating. The condo itself was clean. It was just what we needed. I thought the AC smelled a l little musty and the (I think) the drainage pipes for the condo complex (not all) but all night long we heard water draining in the bedroom closet.
