Lui and Fox were super amazing upon arrival at the front desk. I loved my room and the view of the mountain/ ski hill was fun! I ordered from the restaurant and guest services were very nice in taking my order along with the two girls who brought my meal to my room. The fireplace downstairs in the lobby was beautiful and inviting.Great location very close to everything in the downtown Wausaw area. A very pretty hotel! I was able to sleep in in the morning with no interruptions and it was very quiet( .I've endured certain other hotels in Wausau where the housekeeping staff will continually keep opening my door starting at around 9am to yell into my room ; asking if I was ready to check out or not. So rude !) This definitely was NOT the case at the Hilton Garden Inn ..thanku ! Will definitely recommend!
Wish they had a bathtub in my room but I forgot to ask regarding this...

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very roomy & comfortable.
Restaurant was way overpriced for the offering, especially for breakfast brunch on Sat/ Sun, for what they offered. Not much more than what you get for free at other hotels. Very disappointing!
