The bed was very comfortable. Heat/AC worked very well. Affordable and quiet for a Saturday night in a college town.
The toilet did not initially flush. I thought the water might had been turned off. However, after I kept fiddling with the mechanism inside the bowl it began to work. Cobwebs were present. Encountered a few roaches, but nothing major. Light fixture above sink was missing a couple of light bulbs and only one light bulb worked. It was the easiest thing to fix, as Dollar Tree was next door and rather than worry the office, I went and purchased light bulbs and installed myself. Did contact the front desk about the toilet and they responded fairly quick. Overall, you get what you pay for. I needed a room for one night that was safe, decently clean, and quiet. I was not expecting the Marriott, but it is not the Bates Motel. I will say the owners look like they are trying to improve the motel.
