The room was exceptional for an older facility. My wife and I were presently surprised at the cleanliness and set up of the suite. The only negative was a small maintenance issue with the middle faucet of the three in the suite. It is difficult to shut off completely. The king size bed was comfortable and the abundance of mirrors was a plus.

Lack of adequate desk staffing. I felt sorry for your employee trying to handle multiple tasks while we were checking in. She seemed to be the only employee other than cleaning staff on the premises. There were 3 guests checking in, me, the man ahead of me, and the couple behind me. There seemed to be a problem with the check in of the first guess and it took 15 minutes to finally get him a room. Your employee also had to take a call which delayed checking in even longer. I had checked in online so all I needed was a key. Your desk clerk remained pleasant and professional while navigating tasks with no help. Granted, it was July 4th weekend with few guests it seemed but an additional staffer would have made check-in go smoother and faster. While going and coming I noticed the desk was hardly ever manned but there was a phone to call for assistance.

Well, the lobby was fresh. The room was definitely worn. It was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The coffee pot had some thing weird all over the inside of it and the counter by the sink was cracked. It looked really nasty like it had been cracked for a long time.
