It was pretty cheap for the week my husband and I had to stay in Beaumont
The room had water roaches, not a big issue since we carry bug spray from experience living out of hotels, and the room had no remote

I didn't know there was breakfast. The check in lady was awesome. She was very nice. She did a great job
The mirror above the sink was too short for me. As well as the nozzle for the shower. And I'm only 6'2". The room had a hard time keeping the cool air inside the room. Because the seal around the door was loose.

The rooms were clean
No remote for TV, staff was hard to understand, WiFi sucked, seemed sketchy but wasn’t.
