I will not go back here again, and I will not recommend.

I have stayed here before. This visit was disappointing. The only positive I can thinkof to mention is that the room, and the bedding and towels, appeared clean.

There was a dark red sign on the entry door announcing that food service at the hotel was closed by the health department. I couldn't tell whether the sign was official or a joke, but if it was a joke, it wasn't funny. No continental breakfast.The mattress on the bed was lumpy and uneven. there was a trough down the center. The hide-a-bed sofa was too uncomfortable to sit on. The wood edge of the desk was badly scarred. There was no regular coffee in the room, only decaf. There was no bar soap or lotion in the bathroom.

I paid for a good night's sleep, in a well-maintained room with courteous service; epic fail.

The location was close to the place I was visiting. Parking was available.

The fire alarm went off at 4:30 AM. I asked for a compensation, because it disturbed my sleep. The person at the front desk told me to call the manager, who would not be in until 2 PM. When I called, I was told they were not giving any compensation and my concerns were rudely dismissed. In additional, the fan in the bathroom was not working and one of the lights in the kitchenette was burned out. They also had discontinued the Continental Breakfast. A fact of which I was unaware. The unhelpful staff and general disrepair of the facilities are what prompted my unfavorable review.

I loved the room and will stay there again I love the fact I could wash clothes and cook in my room

The check in person was very friendly and my daughter stayed the weekend before I did and she was able to bring her pets

Ripped Off

The room was clean and comfortable. Good location and staff.

We booked a room through "Booking.com" from July 17 to July 19 and were charged $414.26. This included the security deposit of $150.00 the staff said I would be refunded in 7 days on my credit card. I never received it and I'm still waiting! 😡

Very convenient. Dog friendly. Needs brighter lighting in rooms, but there are plenty of fixtures. It would be a benefit if dog area was completely fenced on the street side of the area. But icerall, excellent property.

The laundry was free! and the suite is big so big suitcases can fit. We had a nice bed and it was a good location.

Disappointing

What I didn’t like: -changed rooms due to filth; guck on fridge handle that dripped down the door onto my grasping hand, yuck. Fridge motor sounds like a flock of chirping birds, not good for relaxing or sleeping. Smeared mascara along the bathroom sink. Crusted food on kitchen counter. washcloths flimsy and worn. furniture nicks should be touched up and restained, breakfast room played an endless add for Comcast products, breakfast room’s carpet extensively stained. Electric lights flickered and chattered. Heavy Doors need a door stop to transfer luggage in and out. Concierge should inform guests that unseen luggage trolleys are available along with identify after hours lobby times and re-entry doors. What I did like: Refreshing lobby water and beverages. Awesome warm cookies. Comfy bed mattress but no extra blanket in the room.

Horrible breakfast

People smoke right outside the entrance and the rooms are dated with lamps that are falling apart and have no charging stations with USB for any phones or laptops. The refrigerators and lights constantly making noise throughout the whole night

The staff was great! Helpful and friendly. They also had a nice assortment for breakfast. They also had coffee available all day and free cookies in the evening.

The furniture and carpet was old and stained . The pillow and mattress were also old and super uncomfortable. They wrapped the comforter in multiple smaller sheets. During the night they came unraveled and tangled. The room had thin walls. Could hear person in the next room talking and coughing all night.
