My wife and I stayed at multiple places in Japan over the last two weeks and this place was by far our favorite. The temple grounds are absolutely breathtaking and the surrounding nature was just as great. It has a lot of cultural activities, a cute shop with locally made items and it’s also an incredible way to learn more about the local culture and practices. The staff are also incredible. We especially connected with and enjoyed Tomo. She was an incredible host and was so happy to tell us all about the history and the space. This was our shortest stay of our trip but the most memorable. We hope to come back someday.
