Staff has no customer service skills they only surface clean the rooms and I had to ask them to change the bed the days they did come since for stays over a day they don't clean every day , clearly saw it mess myself and children but give 2 towels so we had to go get towels from front desk everytime they changed our towels, breakfast undercooked rooms on the second and third floor have to go to first floor for ice instead of a machine being on every floor, I guess you get bare minimum here
