The pool was under renovation, l wish they could say that in their website

Free parking,located in nice neighborhood

Costly breakfast , no vending and little selection in company store

Loved that the inside of the establishment is very aesthetically pleasing!! Rooms on 1st floor sit up high from the ground, I loved that!

The parking availability was horrid!! The pool was closed for renovations therefore, I feel we should’ve been discounted, but of course we were not.

Nothing except the exceptional guest experience by Mr Suresh! Toni was a disaster!!

I booked this hotel expecting the quality and service normally associated with the Sheraton brand. Unfortunately, this property fell far below my expectations. For anyone choosing this hotel because of the Sheraton name, it is important to understand that, in my opinion, this property simply carries the name. It does not reflect the service standards, luxury, or overall brand values that Sheraton is known for worldwide. The only real advantage is the spacious rooms. Beyond that, the hotel feels very outdated. The swimming pool was not clean, and the overall facilities are in urgent need of renovation and modernization. The biggest disappointment, however, was the customer service. Most of the staff were unprofessional and showed little interest in assisting guests. The only exception was Suresh, who truly went above and beyond to help. He was the only team member who demonstrated genuine hospitality and deserves recognition for his outstanding attitude. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from downtown Atlanta and most of the city’s major attractions, making it inconvenient for visitors. Overall, this property requires a complete overhaul from the building and facilities to the service culture and staff training. Unless you simply need a place to stay for one night, I would not recommend this hotel. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will certainly not be returning.
