I like the location, it is convenient to freeways, businesses etc.

The front desk staff is rude, condesending and quite unproffesional for someone working in hospitality and guest service. He yelled at me over the phone when I tried to call and ask a question about their property. I also killed a couple cockroaches and the guy at the front desk literally screams and yells at his wife. I could here him screaming at 830 am from 3 floors up, I feel so scared and sorry for her.

Spa tub was nice

The location was great, the spa tub was amazing and bed was comfortable. It was clean.

First off owner was yelling at me from the top of the stairs asking “what do you want?!” Checking in was a little uncomfortable but he made the vibe that way. Then you have to pay 20 dollars extra for the key to get into your room and that’s cash only. We didn’t have a remote for the room and my boyfriend went to go ask for one and the guy yelled at him that it should be in the room. It Was not there we searched the room for about 20 minutes, then I went to request more towels as there was only 2 in the room. When I went to go request more towels he said “why? You and boyfriend aren’t too fat for them so why need more?!” I then said I would still appreciate towels . He then opened up the laundry room to where I seen stacks upon stacks of towels and said “I’m only giving you 2.” I asked if there was another charge for extra towels he said “no.” As we are there another customer comes up and says his tv is not working and needs help. He then yelled at him saying “yes yes I come fix it after this customer, just go back to your room and wait.” So basically he just doesn’t want to deal with customers or work. Maybe he was having a bad day….but regardless.

Hot tub is worth the stay.

I only like that there’s smoking and when I get a hot tub. Once twice the coffee pots were broken. And now the blow drier is unsafe and doesn’t work. And tv never works and WI_FI doesn’t ever work. Never can watch TV. I like the place. But much to be desired. I’d still come here as long as I get. Hot tub.

Microwave didn't work. After 4 days there they brought us another that was very old and stained. The refrigerator was leaking water. We had to call them everyday to start the TV for us.

I called to extend another day and asked for the same room. When I came back to get back into room, they gave the room away. Talked specifically to someone at the location and they told me not anorobkem. Sent a message as welll to confirm. Absolutely ridiculous the communication the Lambert Inn has in place

WORST STAFF POSSIBLE.

The guy at the window (the office) was incredibly rude and a total jerk. Not sure what his deal was, but upon arriving at the window, he just stared at my girlfriend and I and nodded his head as if to ask, "what do you want?". Without saying a word, he put his hand out expecting my ID. Then he gave me a room key, and said the "key fee" was 20 bucks. Cash only. I asked if he had an ATM and without so much as looking up from the computer, he said, "I'll just keep your ID. You get it back when you leave." WON'T be coming back to this place. I suggest looking elsewhere.

I only like the coffee maker.

If anyone is reading this, please don't stay. Staff is rude. We couldn't get a replacement for a broken lamp, bathroom fan cover was hanging from the ceiling and didn't work, noise traffic and the local neighborhood threw a loud party, sheets on bed are made for a queen instead of a king, stains on carpet, they have actual room keys and require a $20.00 deposit in cash only. You're supposed to get it back upon departure. I hope I do. The pictures I placed are from my room. I feel that's more important for future travelers.
