Pool was clean...pool staff was very nice
I had a reservation for 3 rooms went to front desk to ask about room @445p.m man I asked about the room was very rude...contacted the resort through chat and room was finally ready @545p.m..also when changing in my restroom man housekeeper just entered our room without notice just closed door and left my daughter got scared
