The lobby was nice.
The hotel is really outdated. The bathroom is really dark-could definitely use a refresh. Same with the pool area.
The restaurants are always disappointing! Under staffed, slow service, mediocre food, high prices.

The outdoor pool was very enjoyable & I especially liked that there was a beverage/food hut right outside the pool area. The board games that were available along the pool hallway was a nice added touch for guests/kids. The Cinema was a nice touch, although some signage on how to get the movie started would have been helpful, and the sound was too low, so it was hard to hear.
I think some parts of the hotel & the hotel rooms could use a little bit of a face lift, it's showing its age. (One example would be to have a stand alone shower, instead of bathtub showers) Also, the game room has little to be desired in regards to it's arcade games - if I had young kids with me, I'd be very disappointed in the games (non-games) that were available.

Getting the porter with cart to take bags to car at check out was a mess! After 3 phone calls, waiting for an hour the lady from the front desk brought the luggage cart to take bags to car!

Bed, outside porch, pool area
Bathroom sink had numerous cracks in it, shower door very hard to open and close, bathroom needs fixing up. Coffee pot and coffee not good in room.
