The grounds and the lodge were perfect for the location. Very inviting and comfortable.
Being located at the far end of the lake from Lake Geneva was a little inconvenient but the drive was very scenic.

The staff are very nice and friendly
The room is clean, and bed is comfortable
Gave a discount when served a wrong food
The window is not too clean
The restaurant in the resort is a bit overcharged, and served wrong food, the sauce came after our steak, also they served a wrong steak

I did request a King bed but due to events they were not able to accommodate.

The view of the Harbor
The property needs updating, our first room we had, had an odor when we went in but didn’t think anything about it then my husband took off his shoes to go into the bathroom and the carpet was soaked by the door. He called the front desk and they upgraded us to the Harbor view room and that room had no smell. Carpeting needs to be replaced throughout the facility. Also the food at the restaurants were mediocre and very expensive.
