Customer service - manager went above expectations to ensure everything was perfect for an enjoyable hassle free stay
Not much area for animal walk. Saw lots of dogs but little area for “poop/pee”. Poop dump may need more attention on busier weekends. Pancakes became stall - had breakfast around 8:30

When leaving at 5:45am they had coffee out and they still didn’t let us get any after asking them

Staff was friendly, breakfast was the top tier.
I told the front desk there was a huge dead roach in my room and they told me they would tell maintenance, maintenance came and didn’t want to clean it up.. found out they had multiple dead bugs up under the couch.. I only moved the couch because there was a beetle flying around in my room , I tried to kill it an it fell behind the couch, when I moved the couch I found multiple dead bugs.. we slept with the lights on for two days straight. I couldn’t wait to leave.
