Location and breakfast were good.
We were asked to give our arrival time. We arrived at that time and found that the heat in our room had not ben turnd on. It was quite cold and we had to keep our coats on for over and hour. If they ask for a time, I don't think it should be too difficult to turn on the heat.
The people at reception were not very friendly.

Can't beat the location for the price. On the beach.
Just keep in mind it's an older property On The Beach. It's a bit weathered and needs some real repairs.

Love the "soaking tub" in the room although the jets worked on it last year when I stayed. Great free breakfast in morning.
Wish I could've seen the ocean from my room but it was first floor.

We loved the heated indoor pool and spa.
Our room was dirty, our sheets were clean but the floor was filthy, there was dirt to show they weren’t cleaned.
