This is an excellent hotel and a great value if you shop the rates. Lots of amenities. Great free breakfast, excellent Wi-Fi and the pool and hot tub are clean and are open till midnight which is uncommon but greatly appreciated! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and updated. Very comfortable beds. The great thing is if you’re going to see the show at the fireside dinner Playhouse next-door, you can just walk over and back. Just be aware, it is a two-story hotel with no elevator so if you need first floor access, make sure you ask for it!

Bathroom had black mold and there were stains on the comforter this place is cheap but it can do better.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While some areas of the property appeared to have been updated, the overall condition felt tired and somewhat worn. One thing that stood out was the cleanliness of certain fixtures. The phone at the front desk had visible dirt buildup around the handset and keypad. In our room, the bathroom sinks appeared to have been updated, but the shower/tub units were quite dated, with yellowed surfaces and aging walls that gave the space a neglected appearance. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean, which we appreciated. However, items such as the room phone, tables, and refrigerator all had a general grungy feel to them and could benefit from a deeper cleaning or replacement. In addition dispite being smoke free establishment the rooms smelled strong of smoke. So policies are not upheld well. The breakfast selection was adequate, with enough variety to put together a decent meal. We understand that accommodations at this price point are not intended to provide luxury amenities, and our expectations were simply for a comfortable place to sleep while traveling. The location is also far from fast food resturants or any commercial ammenitiies that are typical with roadside travel. That said, cleanliness and well-executed maintenance remain important regardless of price. When upgrades are made, they should be completed in a way that leaves the property looking clean, professional, and well cared for. Unfortunately, that was not the impression we were left with during our stay.
