Spectacular location! The views in all directions were amazing and there is not a bad room in the house. Request a river view to see sunrise - but the opposite rooms look out at spectacular cliffs and horses grazing in the foreground. Close to amazing parks but you could also be happy to just stay here.
Warning - there is no cell service and wifi is very spotty especially in the rooms. So perfect if you want to disconnect but difficult if you are working on the road.
Staff service is mixed - phenomenal and poor. Seems surprising to pay for parking in this locale.
Communication poor - emails about construction ending in March (our stay was in July), erratic Departure billing - I received 3 different folios with varying amounts.

Beautiful location, spotless and really nicely done room, fantastic food and gorgeous views over the river and mountains. Honestly a perfect spot this part of Utah
The staff were lovely but clearly needed a little training / scheduling - particularly the morning crew. Each time I went to check in desk was a 10 minute+ wait with no one manning it. Not the end of the world at all but thought I’d let you know! But everyone was lovely

The property is in a gorgeous spot. The food itself was lovely.
The service was odd for the relatively high price - no one at the front desk to check in, they had seated someone else with a similar last name under my reservation for dinner. Good communications about the fitness center being under construction, but this amenity was one of the reasons I booked this property, and the notification came after the cancellation period had passed.
