Terrible water pressure in shower, water just dribbled out, I reported it to staff after first day and was informed that someone would see to it however this did not happen.

The young lady working was doing her best but she needed help, she was there alone.

We couldn't check in when we got there at 5pm, we wernt able to have a room till 6:30. Our toilet wouldn't flush, I fixed it. The indoor lock was broke, the lamp knob was broke so the lamp couldn't be turned on, the TV didn't work and when we went to the front she had 10 people waiting for help for various other things. I travel for work and this was the worst experience at any hotel or motel I've ever been to.

Terrible and scary.

The property was dirty the room Was dirt the sheets were wrinkled, the trash cans were over flowing at all the entrance wats to the stairs and parking areas.

There was music blaring until 5 am, people setting off fire works in the middle of the parking lot until around 3 am and a huge fight broke out with around 8-10 men around 5 am. We were scared and extremely uncomfortable. We left the next morning and did not even care about the second night we paid for in advance. The light over the vanity did not work. There was no lock on the door besides the lock that you use the key for and there was some kind of powder on the ground like the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.

Not Good at all kept on killing mosquitoes all night long.

The price when we booked the room.

There were roaches in the room mosquitoes and the floor was dirty with food crumbs. And I believe it offered a continental breakfast but it had none not even fresh coffee. The dining area had large boxes of air conditioners. This makes me feel like all America's Best Value Inns are in this manner. I wish I could have had asked for my money back for the unpleasant stay.

Can't believe I paid to stay here

Upon arrival, we were booked into room 108. We went in, and the smoke detector was beeping. We were reassigned room 111. Room 111 didn't have a working phone, so we couldn't contact the front desk. The place has no working ice machine. Electrical outlet under a/c had no cover. The bathroom door kept getting stuck. You'd pushed the door, and it would make a huge noise waking my wife up. Inside the bathroom, the towel was hanging by two screws that were obviously not part of the installation. The parking lot pavement was all torn up. The second day, we returned from our grandsons funeral only to find that the door keys were not working. The front desk clerk had to reprogram the key cards. We were expecting a continental breakfast, but to our dismay, the only thing available was coffee. The pictures on the booking app showed cereal dispensers, but in really, there really wasn't any at all. The price of the room was the cheapest in Uvalde, but the stay was terrible. My wife is still hurting from the hard bed.

Booked the room and was told afterwards that their was no swimming, no breakfast and no cleaning the rooms during our stay. It was to late to cancel and get a new room so we were stuck staying their. The ac worked terrible it was hot rooms were dark overall very bad service. Wifi also never connected and the TV was some outdated shit that maybe had 4 channels.

I would not stay here again. For the price I paid, I’d rather pay a little extra and stay somewhere cleaner and nicer.

The hotel was centrally located and easy to find.

The cleanliness was subpar- there were stains on the walls, an old blow dryer shoved in the top of the closet (I don’t know if it worked, I didn’t try it), just to bake a few. There was also very limited wall plugs- none by the bedside table whatsoever.
