Several visits to family in Bentonville were made easy because of this location and ease of travel.

The facilities were very clean and easy to navigate; the staff was very friendly and professional.

We could not get the room cooled down and the beds were terrible, they made a lot of noise and they were uncomfortable.

My stay was a good experience. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and tidy.

It was great overall. The couple of inconveniences were made up for with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

The shower head in room 319 need some maintenance on it.

I specifically wanted a hot tub but it no longer is there. The room was tiny with the smallest bathroom set up. It was simple and neat but not what was pictured. Simply a place to sleep, not much else.

Great Stay..

Everything was very nice, clean, quiet and it felt very safe. Beds very comfortable. Very friendly customer service big bathroom and plenty of light. Lots of storage and closet space..we didn't try the breakfast due to being at the hospital at 6am for surgery. Great clear pic on TV. Awesome location close to everything..

One complaint only! We were in room 327 very nice beds are comfortable but bed nearest to A/C was so noise everything our granddaughter moved it woke us up. We were there for my husband to have hip replacement surgery at Siloam Springs Hospital. That bed was very annoying. But, we love Hampton it will not stop us from staying at any Hilton..

Staff rude and me and my mother takes shots that have to be refrigerated, one of the amenities said refrigerator was in room. We asked and were told they had some but we couldn't get one. I promise you I will never stay at another Hampton.

The elevator was broken and and my friend (age 82) and I (age 70) had to lug our things up to the third floor and down.

No mini fridge for the price?

I really enjoyed the pool and workout room. The beds were nice and comfy.

I didn't like that it was 200 bucks for a night and there wasn't a mini fridge in my room 😔 my TV didn't work. But other than that it was great.

Relaxing. Welcoming. Comfortable.

The staff were so great! The afternoon/evening lady was especially great with my teenagers! She made them feel so welcome! We all enjoyed the breakfast options. The breakfast lady worked hard to make sure there was plenty for everyone and always a full "buffet". We enjoyed the pool and the room was so great! The cleaning crew did such a great job of caring for our space and making it feel welcoming when we returned to our room in the evenings.

I have no criticisms. We were so pleased with our stay. There's nothing I would change.
