It was the perfect stop over for me and my dog. As a female traveller I felt very safe, front check in staff was great, room was clean, bed comfortable.
My only “issue” was my room was next to check out desk and it had an automated check out that speaks very loud. So I was woken up early to loud check out procedures for some Other guests. So maybe request a room further away from this area.

The hostess at the front desk was helpful and efficient, the room was clean. Check out was easy, there is even an AI person in the lobby to chat on your way out the door.
There was no shampoo, that was a surprise. Also, there was a loud altercation among guests in the parking lot outside our room that ended up with police banging on our door. Scary and no fault of the hotel, but still colored our memories of the hotel.
