This hotel has had a recent makeover with a new modern look and amenities. Right in the heard of downtown Pendleton, and with ple ty of parking. It's clean and quiet. The staff is wonderful, so kind and helpful, especially Anna and London!

We arrived later in the evening to check in. There was no parking available and the front desk couldn’t find any key cards to give us for our room so had to call someone. The hotel was being remodeled and when we finally got our room it was clean but absolutely ridiculous. Whoever was doing the remodel, totally botched up things. The flooring was terrible, the door didn’t fit the framing and we had flies in our room. The decorative bull horns were crooked. The bathroom sink was placed right next to the mini fridge and microwave. Not all amenities advertised were available. No was manning the front desk in the morning and they ran out of coffee at the “supposedly continental breakfast.”
