Bright, spacious and wonderfully positioned, this top-floor apartment places you right on the edge of the harbour beach — with the rare bonus of allocated parking included.

From the moment you step inside, the scenery steals the show. The living room and both bedrooms enjoy uninterrupted views over St Ives Harbour — a constantly changing canvas of sand, sea, fishing boats and sunsets. Waking up here is something special.

We all had an amazing time in this property perfect location to all the beaches and the centre of St Ives.communication was amazing with all details on the app, the apartment had everything we needed it was all supplied which really benefited our stay.We were lucky enough to have a week of brilliant sunshine and the views from the apartment were stunning can’t speak highly enough about our whole holiday in this wonderful apartment.we will be going back.

The apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location itself is perfect in terms of views and closeness to shops etc. The stairs to the apartment took a bit of getting used to but the views were great

The apartment was fantastic and we couldnt fault it at all. It was beautifully clean on arrival and has obviously been refurbished recently as the kitchen and bathrooms are very modern. The living room and front bedroom has breathtaking views across St Ives harbour and in November we were able to snuggle down with a book and watch the storms and the launch of the new life boat, very exciting. The second bedroom was very large with plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils etc and had everything we needed. We didnt find parking a problem and bought a 24 hour ticket each day for the car park to the North, the apartment was fantastically situated for walking in to town etc. We had a fantastic time in the apartment and will be back!
