The fact that a real breakfast was available every day of the week was a very big plus for me.
And I found staff absolutely wonderful. Customer service today is almost non-existent but NOT at the Ramada. From front desk to housekeeping EVERYONE was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast had a good selection. Coffee was really good.
Too many TVs going during breakfast. Noisy and distracting. Some mellow music for breakfast would have been nice.
Check-in was a Nightmare. Was charged a $100 DEPOSIT that booking.com said should not have been charged. I paid that with CASH and the clerk didn't give me a receipt. I had to ask for one. The receipt did not show $100 CASH - it was blank. I had to request that $100 be put on it. The FIRST Room has no A/C, no Water and the Fridge didn't work. The SECOND rooms fridge FROZE all of my food. However, it DID have great A/C and running water. The hallways to the elevator were FILTHY. The LUGGAGE CART was RICKETY and hard to steer. The Hotel badly needs upgrades.
