As for everything going on right now, it’s definitely not the Ritz, and if that’s what you’re expecting, this probably isn’t the place for you. They are currently going through renovations, so things are a little chaotic and you can tell they’re in the middle of improving the property. Because of that, some amenities aren’t available right now, like certain rooms not having TVs, but honestly that wasn’t a big deal for us. You’re at the beach, and most of us are walking around with mini computers in our pockets anyway. They also don’t have an ice machine on-site, but there’s one right next door for a cheap price, so it’s still convenient. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it’s comfortable, clean, and I’ve never had an issue with bugs, which is really what matters most to me when I’m just looking for a place to sleep Also everybody that I have met employee wise. They've been super sweet to me. Granted. The only ones that I do see is at night because I only check in at night after a long day at the beach.

Okay, getting into the few things I didn’t love — it’s really not much at all. They do use the 2-in-1 shampoo, so when I forgot my own shampoo and conditioner one time, we were kind of stuck using that, and it’s not exactly the best for your hair. Also, there’s no coffee pot in the rooms, which is a little rough for me because I kind of have a thing for coffee in the morning. But honestly, neither of those were deal-breakers for me at all — just small things I noticed while staying there

There was some mold and we saw four roaches over a two night stay.
