Great stay if you are looking for clean quarters to make your base at while exploring SLO. Super close to everything. Amenities on premise should be ignored. The HVAC is dated so is super noisy and either gets too hot or too cold. Sensor does not trip. If you have a long day you will sleep through that

This place for the price was great. Quiet area minutes from downtown slo and tons of food.

There were numerous cockroaches during our stay. There was black mold throughout the shower. The water pressure was awful. The water did not stay hot. The room was filthy. Waste of money.
