The amenities had a really good breakfast, and their gym was fully equipped
I called the front desk about the room, not been properly cleaned the bathtub pad. Dirt stains behind the nightstand was really dirty. The TV in my room didn’t work so well and the phone cord was chopped off. Also, the door of the bathroom had a big hole like if somebody hit it.

The location is fantastic; the customer service is on the lower tier I’ve ever experienced, ever.
The service desk! The woman that was manning the breakfast nook was the nicer one.
